  • Renting is easy through our online booking system. You'll need to select the date(s) of your event, select the equipment you'd like to rent, and give us your contact information.

    A credit card is required for the rental deposit. We recommend booking in advance, especially for large events or during peak seasons, to ensure the availability of your preferred games, concessions, karaoke, or other equipment. 

  • Absolutely! We encourage mixing and matching games and concessions to create a custom package that suits your event.

  • Yes.  Our minimum order is $200 before any applicable taxes. 

    Please remember that we deliver and pick-up within 10 miles of downtown Washougal, WA for no additional fee.

    Also note that many of our items such as the popcorn maker and cotton candy maker include everything you need in the price.  No extra trips or scrambling online.

  • Our prices include delivery up to ten miles from downtown Washougal, WA

    If your address is farther or you aren't sure, please reach out to us to discuss fees for delivery.  

    Here's an approximate map of our free delivery zone, but if you are unsure, feel free to ask.  We deliver in Washington State up to 30 miles from downtown Washougal for additional fees.

  • No. We don't deliver to Oregon at this time. That might be in our future as we grow.  

  • We ask that you cancel or change orders at least 48 hours before your rental period begins. This allows us to keep costs down and serve all of our customers well. 

    Cancellations or changes less than 24 hours prior to your rental period might incur additional fees.  

    We understand that if you have rented outdoor only games and rain suddenly sweeps in, you might not be so interested in those same games. Of course, we will work with you in such cases.   

  • We don't have a retail location at this time.

    Our goal is to streamline the process and take one thing off your plate by delivering what you need.  

  • Yes. 

    While some of our less expensive items have no security deposit, most items have a security deposit equal to roughly 20% of our cost to replace the item. 

    You will see the deposit clearly noted when you reserve your items.

    If upon pickup, the items are in a condition our next customer would find acceptable, you will be refunded your deposit in full.  

    Our goal is always to return your deposit in full within just a few hours following the pickup of items. 

    We expect to do minor cleaning of items.
